OUTBOUND ROTARY EXCHANGE STUDENT—VANESSA PLUMMER

Hello,

5 months. 5 months. Looking back I realise just how fast the time really does go. In the last
month I have said goodbye to most of the remaining exchange students, which has been sad.
These students have made these last few months unforgettable, with Rotary trips and in general.
I’m just happy I got to know such a great selection of people, who under any other circumstance
I would of never had the chance. Yet things can only get better, with all the new exchange
students coming through in a few weeks.

At the moment I’m still with my first host family, who are awesome. I am attending Promove
which I must say is a great school, I could not of wished for better classmates. Mate: a word
that still fascinates everyone who hears it. In a few weeks I will have school holidays, I’m still
not sure what I’m going to do, but it should be good.
Missing my football. GO THE SWANS!!
