Liz has a Bachelor of Applied Science with distinction (Curtin) Master of Information Systems with distinction (Curtin) PhD (Warwick)

Liz is a strategic planning consultant and formed her own company, Liz Pattison Pty Ltd in 1989. Since that time Liz has developed strategic plans for numerous organisations, focusing specifically in the Government, educational, religious and not-for-profit sectors, working with Boards, Councils and Chief Executives locally, nationally and internationally.

Liz was Project Leader to build Headquarters (a multi-million dollar youth facility) in Leederville.

Liz is a Board member and trustee of the Healing Hearts Foundation and Co ordinator for the Consortium to build a Garden of Reflection in Kings Park. She was a member of the Board of the Headquarters Youth Facility over a five year period.
