Robert Holloway is a land surveyor who discovered the Earth is not flat and then proceeded to post graduate studies in Geodesy at the University of NSW. Graduating with a Masters degree specialising in advanced applications of the Global Positioning System to determine the size and shape of the Earth he then cast his mind to matters of oenology. Robert developed a vineyard and winery in Margaret River in the pursuit of producing the perfect red wine as an aid to pondring the complexities of the universe.
